I received a number of emails from various customers in 2008 showing me how they've Sac'd out their own lives. Here are a few of my favorites...
This kid (right) was just hangin' out in our Natick (Boston) LoveSacStore when he felt the power of the Sac for the first time. So strong it made the hair on the back of his neck (and his head) stand up. oooooooooh.
Then you have international celebrity DJ (with a face for radio) Marcus Schossow, showing up in the Dallas Galleria LoveSac Store for his first Sac experience (below)....
Sherri Later, of Columbus Ohio writes (down/right): I absolutely love our sactional!!! It's comfortable, looks really nice and best of all it cleans up easily. This is the best couch (if you can even call it that) that I have ever owned, it is so low maintenance. I have dogs and it is so nice to be able to take the covers off and just wash them when they get dirty or have hair all over them. I also love all the different options there are for arranging it, they are endless. We have used it in so many different ways and even as a bed on more than one occasion. Back in 2005 I moved from London temporarily to Los Angeles on work assignment. I had previously agreed to rent a room from my good friend and SFV local Jon. Unfortunately the major renovation works due to be complete earlier in the year on his house were running a little behind schedule. Since I was assured the inconvenience would be kept to a minimum i agreed to put up with the noise and moved my stuff in.
I was provided with a clean bedroom. but it soon became clear that the room was simply to close to workers and I could not sleep near all the fumes and dust coming from the next room.
I moved in to the living room. This room became a multi use environment including junk storage, (see photo below), Living room and bedroom among other things. How ever it was all made so comfortable and manageable by a very versatile piece of furniture I acquired the week earlier.
NO MODELS. NO TRICK PHOTOGRAPHY. JUST REAL PEOPLE ROCKIN' IN LOVESAC STYLE. WHO KNOWS WHAT 2009 MAY BRING!?

I want to thank you for everything. Andrew at Flatirons Crossing Got everything straighten out and all is good. If anyone wants information about LoveSac's please go and talk to Andrew, He will show you every which way that a sectional can be use. WE cant wait till we add the rest of the pieces that we are needing to finish our room. Thanks again for everything,

I’m really sorry. LoveSac’s service should be better than that. I have spoken to the staff there personally, and we will certainly do better the next time around. I also confirmed that your two Sactionals Bases are on their way to you right now via Fed Ex. I’m guessing, because you live nearby, they should be there right away.
I hope we can make it up to you. We'll be in touch.

I as well have emailed every contact address you have and have not heard anything back. I want to let you know how disgusted I am with your Flatirons crossing store. We purchased a movie lounger on the new years eve, and Andrew your representative told us that we would get the other two bases on the Friday the following week. Andrew said he would call us on monday to let us know if the date would be any different. We never received a call letting us know anything was different. So we happen to be in on Wednesday and talked to another person at the store said yes it had been shipped and we should be getting it soon. Then he mentioned that the shipment was coming to the store and not directly to us when Andrew took our order. Now this has really got us mad. We were told that it would be delivered to us directly and that we would get it on friday. Now none of this has been true from the get go.
We should have been give the call as promised by andrew letting us know what was going on. But no he went out of town without following thru with his promise. Do not get me wrong he was very instrumental in getting us to buy the movie lounger. But he should not make any promises that he can not follow thru. He is representing Love Sac. We were about to purchase another chair, supper sac and the coverings for every thing in earth tone. But now since we have written to every contact address and have not heard anything from Love Sac We are thinking to return the pieces we have and canceling the the two base we have on order to complete the movie lounger. And letting all of our friends not to shop at your store. Because the people you have working at that store will not follow thru with their promises. I hope this will get your attention and you will get back to us.

Yo Shawny your company great. I've been wanting a lovesac for years now, and finally just bought one. You should really keep some tabs on your employees though since I've been trying to contact support for a week now to see when I might get my sac. Been 3 weeks now and nothing has changed on my order status and no sac at my door.
